• Telemarketing Representative

  Fivestarhost.com business is currently seeking Telemarketing Agents in the Overland Park area to start immediately.
  
  The primary duties of this position is to make contact with prospective customers to gain possible sales leads and providing those contacts with accurate information on products, services and policies.

  
  

  Daily Functions:

  • Call prospective customers
  • Log customer information into tracking database
  • Influence customer to meet with in-house sales representatives
  • Track success rate of activities

  Requirements:
  
  Idealcandidates will possess the following:

  • Experience in a results-driven environment
  • 1-2 years experience in marketing/sales
  • Great customer service skills
  • Desire to gain product knowledge
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Marketing/sales experience required in a technical field.
• Support Technician

  PRIMARY PURPOSE
  Primary function is support of our internet hosting customers in response to technical support, billing support, and all other inquiries via phone, e-mail, and our chat system.

  
  

  ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  	Time %
  1. Help hosting customers solve web hosting issues (FTP, Email, DNS, Control Panel).	25%
  2. Resolution of billing issues and answers billing related queries.	20%
  3. Using the internal support ticketing system, escalate issues to the right person/department to ensure proper fix of issues.	20%
  4. Notifying customers of resolutions, and documentation of all inquiries.	20%
  5. Contribute writing to internal and customer knowledge system.	15%

  
  EDUCATION: B. S. or B. A. Degree preferred.

  EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years call center and/or customer service experience as well as a strong interest in the Internet

• Sales Representative
  
  

  PRIMARY PURPOSE

  Primary function is to use a consultative selling approach in selling fivestarhost.com web hosting, design and online marketing services to small, medium and enterprise sized businesses. The SR must manage new and existing accounts to generate additional revenue through presales and post sales. SR must Up-sell higher revenue services to existing accounts.
  
  

  ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  1. Work the leads distributed by the Sales Coordinator and Sales Manager by outbound calls and emails.	45%
  2. Consult with new and existing customer accounts on the benefit of fivestarhost.com.	5%
  3. Maintain a current understanding of fivestarhost.com product offerings.	5%
  4. Sales Representative must track orders and manage their customer database through the fivestarhost.com customer management system.	10%
  5. Direct consultation with customer accounts to up sell web design, higher revenue shared hosting plans, premium services, additional software and business solutions via chat, outbound, inbound and emails.	35%

  
  EDUCATION: B. S. or B.A. Degree.

  EXPERIENCE: Two to five years experience preferred

  QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 2 years experience in a consultative sales and/or customer service role, efficient organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast paced environment, teaming skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills. SR must have the ability to communicate fluently in English.
